Advanced Wound Care & RPM Kits: While an initial assessment is open to everyone, specific advanced treatments – including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Kits and certain prescription-grade dressings require a Doctor’s Order.
Need an Order? Following your initial assessment, we can provide you with the documentation needed for your primary care provider or walk-in to authorize these specific items.

- RPM Kits: For eligible clients, we provide hospital-grade Remote Patient Monitoring kits. (Please Note: while an initial assessment dos not require a referral, a doctor’s order is required to fulfill advanced wound kits and RPM devices. We can coordinate this with your physician following your assessment.
- Direct-to-Doctor reporting: we send a Same-Day Clinical Fax to your referring physician or nurse practitioner after every visit via Documo Secure Fax, ensuring your entire medical team is perfectly in sync.

Our RPNs will visit you a total of 2 times a month. The first visit will be in-person and the 2nd visit will be virtual to review biometric data, check manual vitals, and ensure no “red flags” have appeared since the physical visit.
