Welcome to TrustyTriage. We provide professional, nurse-led clinical screening, mobile treatments, and health advocacy across Southwestern Ontario. Our services are open Ontario-Wide to all individuals and families (18 years and up), with specialized frameworks designed to support “Orphan Clients” currently navigating the health system without a primary family physician.

- Advanced Mobile In-Home Nursing Dispatches:
- Sterile Wound Care & Dressing Management: Advanced tracking and management of surgical incisions, diabetic wounds, pressure injuries, skin tears, and non-healing wounds.
- Compression Therapy: Professional measurement, baseline monitoring, and application of specialized compression wraps for chronic venous insufficiency and lower-limb edema.
- Exudate & Bioburden Control: Application of advanced specialty dressings designed to stall bacteria and accelerate healing.
- Physical Health Assessments: In-home monitoring of vital signs, lung sounds, circulation checks, and medication safety reviews.
- In-home dispatch availability: Daily until 7:00 pm (excluding holidays).

- Care Transition Mapping: Providing dedicated care coordination, preventative triage, and clinical resource mapping to help families smoothly transition between hospital, home care, and retirement care lines.
Real-Time Insurance Direct Billing: We eliminate upfront out-of-pocket financial strain by providing direct electronic claims submission to major insurers.

- 1-hour care Block: perfect if your loved one needs bathing/feeding assistance.
- 4-hour respite block: Perfect for afternoon errands, work meetings, or a much-needed mental health break.
- 8-hour Companion Blocks: 1:1 support. Our staff stays with your loved one so your family can have peace of mind.
- Weekend Respite (Friday – Sunday): Complete weekend coverage with rotating staff designed to give primary caregivers a full, worry-free reset.
