TrustyTriage provides remote patient monitoring (RPM) and virtual wound care. It is NOT an emergency response service or an urgent care center.

  • Not for Emergency Use: While your Cloud DX Connected Health™ kit tracks your vitals 24/7, these data points are reviewed by our nurses for trend analysis and non-acute clinical oversight during business hours only. Our clinical Team Operates during scheduled business hours Monday-Friday, 9AM-9PM EST, excluding mandatory 1PM-3PM Clinical Block, 9AM-7PM EST for In-Home wound care.
  • Monitoring Limitations: While your RPM kit tracks your vitals 24/7, these data points are reviewed by our nurses for trend analysis and non-acute clinical oversight.
  • No Real-Time Dispatch: Our systems do not trigger an automatic dispatch of emergency services (Ambulance/Police/Fire)
  • Delayed Review: Data transmitted outside of our active clinical windows will be reviewed on the next business day.

When to Seek Emergency Care

Do not wait for a scheduled virtual assessment, a notification from your Cloud DX device, or a response from our team if you experience:

  • Sudden chest pain or difficulty breathing
  • Signs of a stroke (facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty)
  • Uncontrolled bleeding or signs of systemic infection (high fever, chills, confusion)
  • Sudden, severe worsening of a chronic wound

Client Responsibility

By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking immediate emergency medical attention when necessary. TrustyTriage, its staff, and our technology partners (Cloud DX and Swift Medical) are not liable for any delays in seeking emergency care based on the use of remote monitoring technology.

  • Daily Block: 1PM-3PM
  • Active Field Window: 9AM – 1PM, 3PM-7PM
  • CLOSED: WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
