Follow these 3 simple steps to start your journey with TrustyTriage.

Step 1: Choose your appointment: Click the Book Now button to be directed to our secure Jane App portal.

• Select Initial Virtual Assessment: it is the only appointment you are able to make. After assessment our staff will use our clinical knowledge to determine the best treatment plan for you.
• Select your desired appointment time. PLEASE NOTE ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE VIRTUAL ONLY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2026.

Step 2: Complete your digital intake: Once you select a time, you will receive a secure email to complete your Master Intake Form. To ensure a successful launch, please have the following ready:

• Insurance Details: A photo of your insurance card (front/back). We need this to verify your coverage for your Cloud DX Connected Health™ kit and wound supplies from Cardinal Health/Medline.
• Credit Card: Your card is required to secure only the Initial Assessment.
• The Agreement: You will be asked to digitally sign our Clinic Policies (including our 1-hr no smoking rule and pet safety policy)

Step 3: Join your virtual clinic: On the day of your appointment, you will receive a secure link via email or sms.

• One-Click Entry: There is no software to download. Simply click the link from your phone, tablet, or computer to enter the Jane Telehealth room
• AI Setup: Tech Onboarding: Your RN will guide you through your first Swift Medical AI wound scan. Following the call, our partners at Cloud DX will handle the logistics—shipping your hardware directly to your door and providing technical support for your setup.

Important Billing Information

• Initial Assessment: This first visit is payable via credit card or e-transfer. We are set up with auto deposit so no security question is needed. An automated receipt will be sent to your Jane Client Portal immediately after the call for you to submit to your insurance for 100% reimbursement.
• Ongoing Care: For all following visits, RPM kit rentals, and supplies, we offer Direct Billing to Medavie Blue Cross (coming soon), and ProviderConnect.
