Step 1: Choose your appointment: Click the Book Now button to be directed to our secure Jane App portal.

• Select Initial Virtual Assessment
• Select your desired appointment time (virtual only until September 2027)

Step 2: Complete your digital intake: Once you select a time, you will receive a secure email to complete your Master Intake Form. To ensure a successful launch, please have the following ready:

• Insurance Details: A photo of your insurance card (front/back. We need this to verify your coverage for the CloudDx remote patient monitoring kit and health supplies from Cardinal Health
• Credit Card: Your card is required to secure only the Initial Assessment.
• The Agreement: You will be asked to digitally sign our Clinic Policies (including our 1-hr no smoking rule and pet safety policy)

Step 3: Join your virtual clinic: On the day of your appointment, you will receive a secure link via email or sms.

• One-Click Entry: There is no software to download. Simply click the link from your phone, tablet, or computer to enter the Jane Telehealth room
• AI Setup: Have your smartphone ready. Your RN will guide you through your first Swift Medical AI wound scan during the call.

Important Billing Information

• Initial Assessment: This first visit is paid via credit card. An automated receipt will be sent to your Jane Client Portal immediately after the call for you to submit to your insurance for 100% reimbursement.
• Ongoing Care: For all following visits, RPM kit rentals, and supplies, we offer Direct Billing to TELUS eClaims, Medavie Blue Cross, and ProviderConnect
