At TrustyTriage, we believe that lived experience creates the most empathetic and effective clinicicans. As a business founded and led by a nurse living with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), our operations are built on a foundation of accessibility, pacing, and sustainable excellence.
The “POTS-Driven” Service Model
Living with a dysautonomia condition like POTS requires a disciplined approach to physical and cognitive energy. To provide the highest standard of AI-driven wound care and remote monitoring, we have structured our business to prioritize clinical precision over traditional, high-fatigue healthcare models.
- Virtual-First Strategy: By utilizing Jane App Telehealth and Swift Medical AI, we eliminate unnecessary physical strain for both our clients and our staff.
To ensure our team provides the most accurate assessments and billing oversight, we observe a Mandatory Clinical Block every Monday-Friday from 1PM-3PM, allowing us to focus entirely on your healing.
- Remote Monitoring Excellence: Our partnership with CloudDx allows for 24/7 oversight without the “always-on” physical demand of traditional bedside nursing.
- 1PM-3PM (Why we block): This period is dedicated to physical recovery and administrative “deep work” (such as Telus eClaims submissions and Cardinal Health supply reconciliation)
- Client Impact: While our CloudDx vitals tracking remains active during this time, no virtual assessments are scheduled. This ensures that when we meet with you during our active windows, you are receiving our full, undistracted clinical expertise.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
TrustyTriage is a proud disability-led business. We apply the same principles of pacing and accommodation to our clients as we do to our staff. If you require specific accommodations during your assessment please let us know via the Secure Jane Portal.
