Clinical Autonomy via Medical Directives:
We utilize a Medical Directive (Standing Order) model to eliminate the “waiting for orders” bottleneck. By signing our directive, you authorize our staff to use their experienced clinical judgement to:
- Order Wound Supplies: Based on AI analysis (depth, tissue type, drainage), our staff select and order the exact dressings required.
- Initiate Remote Patient Monitoring: Deploy CloudDx biometric kits for high-risk or complex cases.
- Adjust RPM Parameters: Our registered can modify RPM monitoring thresholds in real-time as a client’s condition evolves. (Note: RPM Kits are deployed for Tier 2 & 3 high-acuity or complex cases).
- Ensure Reimbursement: Because these actions are performed under your standing authorization, insurance providers (via ProviderConnect)recognize them as a physician-ordered medical necessity, preventing supply denials.
How to Refer: Simplified Clinical Onboarding
While we operate under a high-acuity Medical Directive model, referring to TrustyTriage is as simple as a standard nursing request.
- Direct Assessment: Clients do not need a referral for their initial assessment.
- Authorization for RPM & Dressings: To implement a Remote Patient Monitoring kit or fulfill advanced dressing orders, or authorize our nursing staff to deliver hands on clinical treatments in client homes, we require a Standardized Nursing Order. You can fill out our form below.
- We Handle the Rest: From RPM Kit delivery to supply procurement via Cardinal Health/Medline, we manage the entire logistical chain. Your client gets the care they need, and you receive the clinical reports via Documo Secure Fax.
